European Patent Office (EPO) fee changes from 1 April 2024

The European Patent Office fees are undergoing some major changes on 1 April 2024 and the effect of this is that some official fees could be higher and some fees could be lower for applicants depending on the circumstances.

We therefore recommend that you take time to review our brief attached guide and decide whether it is worth paying any due fees before 1 April 2024 or whether to wait for the changes to be implemented.
